Our affordable 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhomes in Virginia Beach feature spacious living and dining areas, cozy breakfast nooks and great closet space. In fact, we have some of the largest apartments in the city. Each townhouse is two levels and are located around a beautiful lake on our property. Apartments have views either of the lake or our resort style swimming pool. Many floor plans include a patio or balcony. All utilities are included in our monthly rent other than phone, cable and internet. Lease terms are flexible, including short term and long term lease options: give us a call to discuss what would work best for you.
